My favorite Halloween tradition has to be decorating our apartment with spooky and fun things! Also, walking and walking and walking with my 10 year old daughter for "tricks or treats", coming home blissfully tired, grabbing a big bowl and checking out her loot!

Your Deity Diva is lovely. I love the name you've given her.

My favorite tradition is dressing up to keep bad spirits away. And setting up an altar full of food for the my loved ones who have gone into the Summerlands.

I couldn't pick just one item from your Etsy shop, so I chose two: Handfasting Cord - Harvest and all your Deity Divas. Okay, so I picked a bunch, they are just sooo lovely.

OK being in Australia Halloween fun & Trick or Treating tradition has grown substantially over the last, say, 15 years or so, when we were kid's we couldn't believe children got dressed up, spooked each other out & collected bags of lollies, it was like "Why don't we do it?"
Our house is up a steep driveway & we put a note & stick some plastic spiders to the mailbox with a "Come up if you dare" there aren't that many kid's around & we live at the end of a deadend, but the kids that are fit enough to make it to the veranda get a payload of treats, I draw little skulls on paper bags & carve a pumpkin, although last year they were so expensive I used a mini watermelon! looked pretty funny... my girls & I usually decorate and hang spiders so the little kids have to walk through them & we light candles det suitably dressed (my girls are 17 & 14 but still go down our street dressed up to get their sugar fix) & hubby & I usually crack open a bottle of wine on the porch & I wear my goth black & he has overalls with red paint splattered over them... & wait... he he!

My favorite tradition a while back ( before I met Jeff when I was single ) was my friends and I had ritual in her backyard then partied with potluck and loud music and dancing to conga drums, ect and really hooped it up witchy style!!! Now my fave tradition is at work we have "crazy hat" day with potluck to celebrate Halloween ( not quite as wild but fun just the same!)Deb

My favorite Halloween tradition? I'd have to say candy! Collecting it and eating it! LOL! I remember as a child my Dad would take us out with pillow cases to the houses in the neighborhood . . . we would come home with that pillow case full of candy and have candy for months!

I've become a follower of your gorgeous blog! Thank you for sharing!

Blessed Be,
Teresa

I have an annual Halloween party. We have a best costume prize and play silly games like pin the bullet hole on the zombie lol.

I really like the handfasting cord on your etsy site. Very pretty.
